However, creativity and innovativeness does not mean that leader should lose his or her focus in terms of vision. As it has been stressed before, sound leadership always focus on the accomplishment of the organization vision and the major end of the leadership within an organization is directed towards the accomplishment of such vision (Holmess et al., 2007). The creativity and innovativeness should not be considered as a mean rather it should be considered as mean to an end the major end should always be the organization's vision and other long-term goals and objectives. When an organization has sound creativity and innovativeness, its performance increases naturally and the boost in the performance ultimately leads towards the accomplishment of organization's long-term goals and objectives and the realization of firm's vision (Piccione, 2011).
A leader accomplish the objective of creativity and innovativeness by fostering new ideas and encouraging members of organization to come up with new ideas, in fact in some of the cases may assign some motivation factor to foster creativity and innovativeness. Rather than frightened by the new ideas a true leader is frightened by the old ideas and the conventional ways of doing things (Bennis, 1994). A leader in most of the conditions did not believe on established pattern rather he or she maintain an open perspective that enable him or her to look at things in a different fashion. By looking things from different angles, innovative leadership sees what other cannot imagine. It is worth mentioning that creativity and innovativeness did not always results in success rather in certain conditions creativity and innovativeness is associated with failure, however innovative leaders considered such failure as an essential learning and development tool that contribute to their success by enabling them to come up with striking products and services that outclass its competition and accomplish new heights for the organization in terms of success (Carter et al., 2000)
